Matt Svancara

Matt Svancara holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Aim Leasing Company. Matt is both from and currently resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area. He holds a BA in Finance and an MBA both from Baldwin Wallace University.

Matt previously served at Aim as Regional Vice President for the Midwest and Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has led Aim’s Sales and Marketing team since 2016 with the mission of driving the company’s overall revenue retention and growth.

He began his career with Aim in 1996 as a District Manager and has had a series of promotions during his tenure at Aim. During this time, Matt has been awarded the distinguished honor of qualifying for NationaLease’s Masters Club 10 consecutive years in a row. He was also inducted into the NationaLease Sales Hall of Fame.

In Matt’s free time he enjoys working out, fishing, and spending time with his wife Patty and adult sons.
