With more than a decade of proven success at Aim Transportation Solutions, Joe Telega serves as Vice President of Leasing Sales, leading Aim’s nationwide leasing sales team and driving strategic growth across the company’s leasing, rental and maintenance offerings.

Joe joined Aim in 2010 as a lease sales representative after earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Penn State University. His talent for building strong client relationships, exceeding customer expectations and inspiring high-performing teams quickly propelled him through several leadership roles, including Regional Sales Manager and Regional Vice President.

Throughout his career, Joe has consistently delivered year-over-year revenue growth, expanded Aim’s market presence, and earned multiple President’s Circle awards for outstanding performance. Known for his approachable, mentorship-driven leadership style, he fosters an empowering, collaborative culture focused on results.

Today, Joe continues to elevate Aim’s brand and customer experience, guiding the sales organization with strategic vision, innovation and a commitment to best-in-class service. He resides in Western Pennsylvania with his wife, Maegan, and their two children.
