Jessica Bochy Deane

Jessica Bochy Deane is Vice President of Marketing at Aim Transportation Solutions, leading efforts to elevate the Aim brand, drive lead generation, and promote Aim as a Most Loved Workplace and employer of choice. Since joining Aim in 2008, she has built and grown the marketing department to support all of Aim’s services, including full-service leasing, commercial rentals, dedicated contract carriage, maintenance, ProShop management, certified pre-owned truck sales, and freight brokerage, while also strengthening Aim’s nationally recognized company culture.

Known for her strategic vision and collaborative leadership, Jessica has guided her team through industry challenges while remaining and adaptable, finding creative solutions to meet customer needs and ensuring the success of Aim’s sales and marketing initiatives.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Ohio University and earned her MBA from Youngstown State University in 2020. She lives in Alexandria, VA, with her husband, Mitch, and their two dogs, and enjoys traveling, fitness, and exploring new culinary experiences.
