Dan Fleming

Since 2004, Dan Fleming has been an integral part of the Aim network of companies, beginning as a founding member of Fleming NationaLease. He joined Aim Transportation Solutions in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry. Previously Fleming worked in Government Affairs for the Truck Renting and Leasing Association. At Aim, Dan has also held the role of Regional Vice President, overseeing sales teams and operations across multiple markets. In his current role, Dan leads sales operations strategy, operational efficiency, equipment purchasing, price modeling, and team collaboration.

Known for his leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to Aim’s family-focused culture, Dan also serves on the boards of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association and the Virginia Trucking Association, advocating for the industry and contributing to its continued growth.

Fleming’s dedication to both organizations, and recent elections to both boards, showcases his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends, fostering collaboration within the transportation industry and advocating on behalf of the interests of Aim, its valued customers and the industry at large. It also demonstrates his unique expertise and thorough understanding of the commercial transportation industry inside and out. 

In Dan’s free time, he and his wife HJ are members of George Washington’s Mount Vernon Neighborhood Friends Steering Committee, he’s a member of his church’s finance council and he likes to paddleboard, ski, golf, and enjoys drumming in two different bands.
