Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Paul Slater, MA, CPA, CGMA, to Vice President, Corporate Controller. Since coming on board in 2000, Slater has been instrumental in all of Aim’s accounting functions while being an invaluable leader for several departments, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections, and licensing and permitting.
Please join us in congratulating Dan Kellgren on his promotion to Vice President of Software Development. Dan started his career with Aim Transportation Solutions in 1995 as he was finishing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Youngstown State University. His first role with Aim was IT Tech Support on a team of three.
From that initial role, Dan worked his way up to Senior Programmer on the software development side before leaving Aim in 2008 for an IT director role at a local entrepreneurial company. Dan returned to Aim in 2013 where he has been serving as the Director of Software Development until being named Vice President of Software Development this month.
Today, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Schuyler to Vice President of Technology at Aim Transportation Solutions.
Schuyler, a life-long Mahoning Valley resident, was born and raised in Liberty, OH, where he still resides. He is a graduate of Liberty High School and Youngstown State University and is the middle child in a family of three boys.

Since coming on board in 2008, Deane has risen through the ranks by forming and growing Aim’s marketing department into a well-oiled machine for lead generation and brand elevation.
As Aim’s Vice President of Marketing, Deane will continue to lead the company’s marketing efforts on multiple fronts: promoting Aim’s unparalleled commercial fleet services, managing Aim’s brand identity, and, as of 2022, promoting Aim as an employer to foster recruiting and improve retention.

Over the course of her 14-year career, she has vaulted through ranks, first moving into a supervisory position as the Human Resource Manager and then moving up to the Director of Human Resource and now transitioning to a vice president role.
